From the brief to what shipped.

01Overview

Utexo raised a $7.5M seed round led by Tether to bring USDT natively onto Bitcoin: stablecoin payments that run on Bitcoin, fast, private and non-custodial.

02The Solution

We came in as their design team. We finished the brand, then built everything that runs on it: the launch film, the social system, announcement and blog visuals, and the product itself across mint, bridge and swap.

03The Impact

The funding announcement film passed 3.4 million views, the x402 Foundation announcement 113,782, and three product surfaces shipped: mint, bridge and swap.

Access and Manage USDT on Bitcoin: the Tether tile settles onto the Bitcoin block and a single wave runs across the rings.

Dev updates: a single woven ribbon held by teal and orange braces loops round and folds, DEV UPDATES on one side and RGB, Bitcoin, USDT on the other, ticking past.

Isometric Lightning node: a pulse runs down the mast and along the orbit, lighting the Bitcoin block, then the Tether block.

Bring USDT back home to Bitcoin: on the printed flyer, Tether tokens slide one by one into the slot of the Bitcoin cube.

AI Agents over Lightning: the active agent passes clockwise around the network, each one sending a packet into the Lightning node.

Chart card: stablecoin share of CEX purchases in LATAM, 2024 to 2025. Colombia 99%, Argentina 85%, Brazil 53%, average 82%; the rings fill one after the other.

Coin rails: two isometric tracks loaded with coins cross on the dark grid.

Chain links: the blue partner link unlocks from the green Utexo link, slides away and locks back in.

The Myth of Money Legos: the top brick slides down its guides, clicks onto the studs, then pops back off.

Lightning is the only network built for agent-scale volume: isometric bars for BTC, ETH, TRON, PayPal, Visa and Solana rise one by one, then Lightning shoots up to 40M+ transactions per second.

+10,000 followers: the podium stacks up tier by tier and the 10K rises from its base.
